Absolutely rubbish, the girl kept talking to my partner while taking his b/p, this is known to raise a b/p, she had no understanding of whitecoat hypertension, didn't seem to understand either that if you are diabetic you are likely to have a small amount of glucose in urine, she has no understanding of basic medications asking really stupid questions, appears to have no basic clinical knowledge at all. The company stopped using them ages ago as staff nearly unnecessarily lost their jobs, new management decided it would be a good idea to use them again. As a clinician myself I find them lacking in basic knowledge of things they show know when doing this job

shockingly poor communication. first medical the doctor didnt turn up , after an hours wait i was told the doctor is stuck at the airport . second attempt ,again no doctor turned up . informed doctor is sick! cannot understand why they could not call to say this when they found out not after I have rung them to ask where the doctor is .
