Dreadful. Booked a test drive, but the guy was off sick. No one contacted me to tell me so I turned up, waited 45 minutes for someone to be free to take me on the test drive and in all that time only one member of staff spoke to me. The rest ignored me even though they were wandering right past me. I wasn't offered a drink or an apology and left without doing the test drive. I'll take my business and money elsewhere. If that's the appalling service when you've got money to spend, I hate to think what the follow up service is like!
