Repaired a power port in less then 24hrs for 35. Would have taken less time if they had the part in stock. Very happy with the time taken and cost of repair

Poor customer service.... Lack of empathy. I bought a phone 3 weeks ago and Changed my mind to return the item the following day..... I have been trying to return the item for the past 3 weeks but shop did not open on Saturday.... The only time I got the opportunity to return the item the staff said I have to wait for the owner of the tech sense before I can get my money back.... I strongly believe this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
