Poor customer service.... Lack of empathy. I bought a phone 3 weeks ago and Changed my mind to return the item the following day..... I have been trying to return the item for the past 3 weeks but shop did not open on Saturday.... The only time I got the opportunity to return the item the staff said I have to wait for the owner of the tech sense before I can get my money back.... I strongly believe this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
