Dogz Club - Doggy Day Care and Dog Grooming Stockport

Brought my dog here for over 2 years and all staff have done is moan about him as he is a working breed. Do NOT bring your dog here if they are of high energy, this daycare simply only wants lap dogs and to take your money so they can flaunt it on holidays. The staff turnover here is appalling. Staff dont even tell you their names. Not once have I been asked to come in and look around the daycare. The staff here dont really care for your dogs. I only sent my dog here until I could find another place for him to go, but I would NEVER leave my dog in the hands of these people again. May I also add, some of the staff members are very rude and I have been told they have wanted to get rid of my dog for some time now, they have just been looking for excuses as to why. Appalling. I would rate 0/5 stars if I could!!!

This place has gone right down hill over the past 12 months. They have too many dogs and can't look after them properly. They should be working on a ratio of 1:5 but they admit to working on 1:8. They basically want dogs that will sleep a lot or non-energetic dogs. Some of the staff don't appear to have a clue who the dogs are or even what they are doing there themselves! The prices have increased drastically in the time we had used them (over 2 years) and they are more expensive than other local clubs. They don't have a good staff turnover record either so there's no familiarity for the dogs. The staff don't appear to be fully trained in looking after different breeds and some members of staff come across quite abrupt. Stay away! there are plenty of other places much more accommodating and qualified! They don't even deserve 1 star!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF THEY ARE OF WORKING BREED! this establishment has a very regular turn over of staff which aren't experienced with high level dogs and cannot provide the sufficient exercise and stimulation for them. They claim to have highly experienced staff which is not true. They much prefer lap dogs that do nothing all day but are more than happy to rob you of 28 PER DAY!! my recommendation is to go another place where the staff are highly educated and experienced with dogs with high energy levels.

My dog absolutely loves it here, the staff are so friendly and great with the dogs, can't recommend it enough
