        It takes forever to get an appointment. They send you letters to book and then no one ever answers the phone! Ive been trying for 2 weeks!!!!

        Absolutely terrible customer service, I have arranged twice to have a eye test, first time they rang 1 hour before to cancel and the 2nd time I turned up to be told I couldn't have my appointment due to sickness - whilst driving home they rang to inform me this appointment needed to be arranged, clearly no communication in this branch.

        When into this optician store for my new glasses, the customer service was excellent all staff really professional the last person named Hassan who checked my glasses and adjusted them. Thanks to you all
