        Good design service, good quality units, great communication until.wed paid the final bill. Then it all changed pretty quickly, no one answering our calls, no one sorting out issues we had with incorrect products being supplied and shortages of others. Had to really stick at it to get things on track. Overall terrible communication with our builder from Magnet. No up to date plans sent to either us or the builder who was at one point, working to old plans. Only when we came across a pretty big issue did we realise this. Magnet still did not send up to date plans to me and just sent an email with the new plans to our builder. I had to pay for several extra days work for our builder to put things right. Gave up trying to get Magnet involved in the end and bought things we needed from Toolstation. Would I recommend Magnet Stockport? 100% NOT. Service: Kitchen design
