Howards & Henry's Solicitors Manchester

For the record.. I never write reviews!, unless its a bad one! However this, I had to take the time out & write. I have just recently used Howards solicitors. 1st I dealt with Oliver Gardner who thought it was best to put me on to his associate, he put me in touch with David Johnson, also with Howards what an absolute star this guy is. I was worried about a claim & not only did David put my mind at ease straight away but he dealt with the matter so quickly & efficiently, he knew exactly what he was going to do. I have no doubt in my mind that he will 100% be the person I call again should ever I need any professional help in the future .

If I could give 0 stars I would! Can't get a response from the current solicitor I'm using from here after my case being passed on to her from one that left. Had trouble with these in the past too and had to change solicitors!

David Thompson or Thomas was the solicitors name of a family member he was representing!Awful!! He was told by the judge that he was scruffy, not in the slightest bit organised, had been basically useless, was told by the judge to go home and that he would not be getting paid for that day, absolute embarrassment. The family member gave him another chance, and the solicitor did not do what had been asked, which was to help him he didn't even bother to turn up at court! He will no longer be representing the family member. Please don't use him, he is a disappointment and absolutely useless. The receptionist even said he wasn't answering his phone! What a shambles of a company.
