Abacus Homecare provides excellent care in the community, all staff are caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend, good CQC report.

I would like say how disappointed with the care or should I say lack of care that my Auntie received during her time with you. Carers/support workers are meant to care and give support, my Auntie didn't receive either. The bullying by management is totally unprofessional, which is not in job description and in her care plan. I will be making sure if ever I hear your company mentioned that you won't get the contract. As I work as a care professional any MTD meetings I attend or organize your company will not be favoured. I am also conversing with the MP of Stockport who frowns upon everything told him

Abacus Home Care is a care agency that looks after vulnerable adults at a very high standard. They ensure they promote independence and offer companionship. I would highly recommend this company as they put every individual first ensuring that the care provided is how the individual would like to be cared for whether it be just going round for a social visit to full care.
