        Left my daughter who's a uni' student high and dry having closed the garage on her arrival for a service but most importantly her MOT. She was told they've sacked the member of staff who booked her + loads of other people in but they didn't try to even rectify the problem, take her number or arrange an alternative. The MOT runs out in 3 days so finding somewhere else on such short notice and being left with a " Sorry - I'm off to Wales now" is not good at all!
