Fantastic service from start to finish! I bought and sold through Spencer Harvey and was delighted with everything! Alistair came to give me a valuation and had such great knowledge about the area and market, he came to do the photos in stages as was hard with work etc. They fitted in viewings for me at short notice and worked so hard to find me the perfect home! Kept me informed every step. The whole team were so friendly and professional and bent over backwards to provide the perfect experience! Can't recommend enough! Thank you for everything! Having had a bad experience previously with Edward Mellor I was becoming disillusioned with the buying process. I found Ginene at Spencer Harvey incredibly genuine and I knew immediately I could trust her. She was brilliant throughout the process, particular when there were some issues raised on the homebuyers survey. Couldnt recommend Ginene and spencer harvey enough

Ive always been told that buying a house is as stressful as getting married. Well Im not married so I havent got anything to compare however I have been more stressed trying to buy cheese for Christmas than buying a house from Spencer H.
