Terrible service. Had a delivery issue, contacted them to which they responded quickly at first (and I mean literally this one time). When the item got sent back to them (on the 4th of Dec. This is the 18th I'm writing this) they have done absolutely nothing with it. Bare in mind the order was placed on the 26th Nov through car throttle shop. So nearly a month in, I don't get any responses at all go my emails on their ticketing system. I don't get any updates. I can chase, chase & chase some more and I still don't get anywhere. Still don't have my item which is a Christmas gift. It's an utter joke. At this point I want to cancel the order entirely & get my refund & get something else. Wish I'd never even bothered in the first place!
