    I went for an interview and got accepted. I then went to view the job to see if I want to accept and I accepted. Their recruitment team never called me to finalise things. This company wasted 2 days of my life and gave me false hopes. All of this happened from a member of staff called Omar. Don't waste your time trying to apply for work here they're clearly not a professional company and they do not care about you or your feelings.

    They are getting expensive for the care you get they are not very good and not very helpful any more all they think about is money they put up support charges which you cannot afford when you only get benefit money.

    edited/rewrote review on 17th january 2023. ive just noticed some of the companies own high up management from head office have very positively reviewed there own company,idk absolute coincidence, right? but i was just checking the google review policy and it states you cant review your the company your connected to as its a conflict of interest. just one more thing before i go...please,can you stop using agency staff in services with autistic and LD individuals or otherwise vunerable people with other similar needs-you honestly dont get the damage this can do to those of us who need consistent well trained staff who we can get used to and who knows our needs,please weed out those with permentn pre judgdments or prejudices for any reason held by individual staff...can you treat project staff/management better, up the hourly wages to something that makes a difference to there basic living so theyre not having to struggle. train staff more in person at head office-not online,make use of people like me who are willing to help improve staff understanding on different age groups,LGBTQ+,the a to z of whatever conditions we have, and....itll all have a positive knock on affect on those of us supported by CS. support the staff to support us.

    I have experience of being a past staff member and of having a relative receiving support from CS. They prioritise making money over service user safety. Management are happy to let their service users rot away as long as it means they don't have to lift a finger. There are some good support workers who care but I wouldn't let CS look after my pot plant.

    zero to minimum caring for the staff members, mistakes with payments (still using paper time sheets that causes delays and extra mistakes), no support when you deal with an issue-communication takes ages for every query, service users do no feel supported enough or listened
