When asked if I wanted a bag I said no. Still got charged 10p for a bag I wouldn't have minded but considering I already had a backpack and had just spent over 70. Why ask if you're just gonna charge me anyway?

Shop was ok but I've got fined by the car park owners. There are not enough signs to indicate we have to pay. That's the only reason I didn't pay. There should be some sort of barriers, such a scam lot's of people are getting fined for this. Useless

We have always found Next at a convenient location in most shopping centres, town and city centres. The store is well laid out and easy to find the section and products you need. My wife had ordered online, click and collect. She saw the staff on first floor who very quickly got the package. We then had a quick look at various stock items such as trousers, jackets, jumpers and gifts for Xmas. They have plenty for us to come back soon.

Absoloutely disgraced service! I went to return a parcel only to be lead to first floor for cashiers. There were at least 9 people already waiting in the queue with a single slow cashier. Having waited at least 10 minutes the cashier still was serving same customer. I had to give up and return home. Such a waste of time, and travel!
