Absolutely dreadful. taken our website down whilst they knew we were waiting for information, never answer emails, charge the earth, constantly use confusing IT jargon when corresponding. Just avoid.

Worst company I have ever worked with! Slow service: It took them 3 months to fix a grammatical mistake on the website and unfortunately it is not the only case. Unprofessional: -The website - hosted by this comapany- sometimes not available and got the error code saying "something went wrong, servers are not available"... It is totally unacceptable to have such a poor quality of service! - There are always some minor issues on the website, like the image is not displayed properly, mismatching statistics or the dates and texts changes/disappears randomly.. - Impossible to implement minor but useful changes like, replacing the captcha from the bottom to the top of the page. - When they to run updates on the server, it tends to cause content loss on the website... - Issues with Google Analytics impelementation. Poor communication You report a problem and you are left alone. They do not give any feedback besides that "it was raised to the engineering /whatever level to be solved" and then thats it... Sometimes your issues is solved within a day or week... But when it comes to "tiny" - easy to fix - issues (such as grammatical issues) it can take up to weeks or months! Last year there was a grammatical issue and contacted them EVERY WEEK asking about the progress. After 3 months they replied with a template text: "We r terribly sorry for the delay it was raised to the engineering level" After that, soon they finally solved the issue, but if you may think that they sent a message about that... You are wrong. They solved the issue without any notification... TLDR: Poor communication, unstable and bad quality of service, unprofessionalism since they can not solve simple requirements. Worst team I have ever worked with. Advise to the one who reads this opinion: Avoid Volcanic if you would like to get a professional website, otherwise you will lose your cash, brain and time..

Complete disregard for customer service, extremely ignorant, main telephone number never works, account managers just tell you to raise a ticket by email, and on and on... Literally the worst website company I've ever dealt with. They genuinely do not care about the customer experience at all. Terrible throughout design and development of site, ongoing support doesn't exist, completely disorganised, send incorrect invoices and cancelled their own direct debit and then chased for incorrect payments. After crazy situation after crazy situation I re-set up the direct debit. I just hope they don't cancel it again, send more threatening communication and ignore return correspondence. Unbelievable.

Unprofessional:
