I dont know how this company has not been shut down the management are shocking they dont care at all about the clients or the staff working for them they will cancel calls / change call times and not inform clients who are depending on carers coming they dont give travel time in between calls for staff to travel to they will put back to back calls in add extra calls onto your run without asking most of the calls being 20mins apart and having 5 mins to get there which means you will be constantly late for clients relying on care they overwork staff so staff are not able to provide the best care they can and will message you at early hours in the morning to let you know extra calls have been put on you then dont answer the phone they dont inform family members if a client has gone into hospital the management are rude and vile this is not a care company it is a money making company any good reviews on here is from management and people working in the office dont be fooled !

I have worked here for nearly 3 years. I am very pleased with the way everything is being done and the goals set out to achieve by delivering person-centred care to all our clients. I have achieved many qualifications through the company which includes Health and Social Care level 5, PBS Training, Train the Trainer manual handling, First Aid, PEG feeding and many more. This has built my portfolio from doing entry level work in college to gaining professional experience and qualifications which involves interacting with clients and health professionals.

Absolutely terrible care service .who have let my family down in a bad way after today. Stopping their care based in assumptions by care staff who visited them.who are you as a company to make the decision that my parents don't need carers .without a full assessment. Both my parents have health issues and have had lack of input from soical services who have offered them no further help .whats worse while waiting for someone to come to base this someone went to make a cup of tea bc your late to see them .are they meant to dehydrate? That does not mean they can cope or look after themselves completely.as for help with their house .if soical care actully took the time to offer help .but not they get left ! They both can't leave the house by themselves. That support of with food shopping has now gone ..they are both at risk of falls too ..but if you took the time to know this. Instead of listening to carers who don't know their propper medial history as to why they had carers in the first place .don't worry this will be going further on both parts .both adult social care and your company! Rest assured .you don't get to discriminate or judge the person under your care .the way you have done. Maybe support people better !
