I've been in the Car parts trade for 23 years. But always struggle to find a garage that can fix anything. Doesn't walk away from a challenge. When out Q7 needed a crank shaft oil seal. All the big Audi independent garages wouldn't do it. Said its too big a job. Gearbox needed fixing. Timing chain slipped. Richard at hale motor's is a magician. Never say never is the motto. He is phenomenal at what he does. Very very resonable. Sent him hybrid volvos. Few Q7s. Alot of BMWs. X5s/730/430. VW GTD. Only person i trust blindly on our personal fleet and now all our customers trust him also. There is a reason why he is always busy.
