        Went to Krav Maga Stockport for the first time tonight, not really knowing what to expect. Was straight in to doing things that are simple but effective. LOADS to learn but even if you just pick up a couple of things it's an hour well spent There was all ages, sizes and abilities but all were participating and having a good time learning valuable skills. Would definitely recommend and will be acknowledged as ofter as work will allow. Thanks Mike

        Had a great 4 week beginners introductory course. Learnt a lot and gained a lot of confiendence. Mike is a great teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I've been attending regular classes for a few months now and I feel I now have the mindset to deal with confrontation both physical or otherwise. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, I can't recommend Krav Maga Stockport highly enough.
