Avoid at all costs people they are quick to take your money but its not possible to actually speak to a real person if you have a problem its only possible through email very frustrating just hope my dog doesnt go missing because I have no faith in their system

I have a cat named Wolfie. In three years has never been found. I'm giving it the benefit of a doubt that he simply hasn't been scanned yet. If I only I knew... But hey, we trust the chip to do its job. It turns out Wolfie has never been registered until this evening!! Shocking. I understand that chips don't work retrospectively.

My daughter just registered her puppy and paid 10 and was expecting the puppy pack . That was three weeks ago still saying parked -10 days , no puppy pack has arrived, and can't get hold of them for a refund. My daughter has now registered her pup elsewhere for FREE!!!!! . HOPE NO-ONE WASTES THEIR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Really disappointed. Unfortunately the chip fell out of my pup, but there's no way to contact them. I've tried the 'contact us' form countless times and it's ALWAYS FROZEN. I never received a code for a puppy pack. And I need to cancel her chip registration, but can't? Absolute disgrace of a company.

So judging from the reviews from others, this company are openly scamming people and have no intention of carrying out any of the services they are happily charging customers for via their website. I am also waiting for my dog's details to be transferred and nothing has happened. I have taken this further and reported this to DEFRA and encourage others to do the same. They have confirmed they will be looking into this as they are very concerned that pets are chipped with the wrong details and pet owners are unable to change them. Also if you chip your pet twice and plan to travel with them then having two microchips can cause a big problem and possibly stop your travel plans all together. This is also being referred to Trading Standards. Hopefully these guys will be shut down!
