This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. In my experience: They do not answer the phone. The only .ay to get to speak with them is to visit them. They don't have an answer at the time but promise to phone you back within a short time. They do not. In all, they took three months to return my strimmer, despite several visits to ask about the progress. Different members of their staff told me different reasons for the delay.
