Helen was lovely, and the shop itself has a nice private area and vibe however I have to agree with another reviewer that rather than having bigger sample sizes, the smaller sizes are used and then clipped, so its super hard to envisage what a dress might look like if it actually fit. I think this contributed to me not feeling particularly wowed by any of the dresses, and wasnt what I was anticipating considering that they do promote having plus sizes on their social media. This is definitely something for the team to work on

As a bride marrying a bride, and someone who dreaded wedding dress shopping, Im so happy to say that my experience with Helen has been wonderful! The range of dresses available wasnt huge, but clearly carefully selected - lots of boho bride vibes and some very different looks (my fianc was very jealous as shed already got her dress elsewhere!). That initial appointment was really relaxed, Helen listened to what I wanted and took it on board, and every appointment since has been very pleasant. Particularly thanks to Helen for solving an issue - totally out of her hands - and ensuring my dress was ready in time. And to Trish for wonderful alterations and for thinking outside the box to solve a bra-related quandary for me! The wedding is in 10 days, and Im so excited to be stepping out in a dress that truly makes me feel like me and fits me perfectly. Thank you!

I cannot recommend RTF enough!! Helen was so lovely and patient. I am usually a size 22 and so booked onto the Studio Levana Trunk Show appointments. All of the dresses we beautiful and flattering, and I was absolutely made up that I was able to actually try some on. I know this can be difficult for curvy gals! I have never felt more beautiful and after feeling so nervous about the appointment, Helen truly put me at ease and made me feel fabulous. X

I was super excited for my appointment, as I was looking for something alternative for our wedding! From the RTF social media they looked super inclusive, and that they catered for all sizes. Sadly I left the appointment feeling deflated, and was in tears by the time I got to the car. I had put on my booking I was a size 20, and I wished they had been honest and contacted me to say I wouldn't have much to try on. Helen was pleasant enough, but I felt her unease as she tried to squeeze me into tops that's were clearly never going to fit. I ended up trying one dress, and two skirts with a basic black vest top from Amazon. Nothing else was really offered, I suspect because all of it was straight sized and would continue the disaster of an appointment. I would say to plus size babes looking to feel fabulous - avoid. Yes the selection is quirky and cool, but you won't be able to try it on or get a clear vision of what you will look like on your big day. Thankfully, I managed to get a cancellation appointment somewhere else who made me feel a million dollars. They rescued my tattered self confidence and there were actually things I could try on. Helen did give me some recommendations to try, but it felt like 'we have nothing here for you, these people cater for fat people'. It's totally fine not to carry plus size samples, just be open about it. And perhaps don't give the impression on social media you are super inclusive.
