Victorian Fireplace Store

I needed my Victorian doors (9 of which) to be restored and padded out in the panel section - owing to fire regs and not working to loose these doors to modern replicas.. The lads came up trumps with wanting to give it a go - price and arrangements were agreed. We were very pleased with the results which were great. buying/selling was a nice experience - here your dealing with fair and like minded people who have a similar mindset to make old things good again!

I went to find some tiles to put in the porch of our Edwardian house....it wasnt a big sale for them....but they were very obliging and let us have plenty of time to look around

Still awaiting delivery of a fire grate ordered a couple of weeks ago, was told it would be delivered by the end of last week, tried ringing, no answer, tried e-mailing, no reply! Therefore, I am finding their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. No communication at all, is it really too much to expect to be informed if / when I am going to get my delivery? Payment has gone out of course.

I ordered some matching tiles for my fireplace just as lockdown was starting. The firm has been most helpful and kept me up to date with what progress on my order. During this trying time they have been excellent and I cant recommend them enough. One very happy costumer.
