        Hello, today me and my friends went shopping in mersey way - in The Works one of us was assaulted and all of us accused of stealing. The staff member took items away from our friend and refused to return them even though they were bought at another shop. Our bags had been checked and it was confirmed that no items were stolen, this staff member banned us from the shop. NOT happy and whomever did this should receive a consequence.

        Just went out for some Easter shopping with some friends. Did not expect to be physically grabbed by a member of staff and accused of stealing. If there was suspicion that we had stolen an item, then I understand checking our bags. However, this staff member proceeded to take items off my friend which had been purchased from other stores and refused to give them back until we showed proof of purchase (again, from another store). When we finally got the items back she told us we were all banned from that store. Whether she said this or not, I would not be returning.
