The worst customer service ever. Lovely sofa delivered by cowboys. Totally destroyed a beautiful sofa by Ramming it through a door and damaging it! A designer sofa that cant be replaced. As my wife said please try they decided to force it through a doorway and damaging it. Total carnage!! Then took no responsibility as my wife asked if they could try!! Instead of stopping at that they pursued and destroyed it! Total lack of professionalism and total lack of knowledge of how to manoeuvre furniture. Then ranted at me as they were in the wrong! Absolute lack of class. Do not order from this company!! Then to read the response as not knowing who I amwhat a joke!
