        Dealt with Brian primarily but also a couple of his other colleagues. The whole team are very friendly and helpful, delivering great customer service. Cera also run a charity bike programme for the local community - this reflects well what these guys are about. If youre looking for a bike Id definitely recommend trying this place.

        What a great idea this is , it gives people an opportunity to learn a new skill , and build there confidence I was more then happy to donate my bike I didnt use anymore , keep up the good work guys

        Used this place several times and always had problems. Definitely get what you pay for. Cheap prices for clueless mechanics. Took my bike (which has been fitted for me) in and left with the seat noticeably several inches higher than when I dropped it off. When I questioned why it had been moved and not put back to my fitted height I was told because we needed to ride it and Im too tall for the saddle to be that low! Cant make it up. When you do have a genuine complaint they are very quick to get defensive and deflect at all costs too.
