        broke my windscreen , tried to cancel my appointment when i turned up then asked me for 50 for the privelege after telling me there technician hadnt even tried to fix it !!! lots of waffle 3 hours this 2hrs that it actually took less than an hour , me thinks someones taking the mick out of customers
