This place is fab, I go in weekly for different products and the guys there have always been so friendly, polite and helpful. The last time I was in, I spoke to Josh regarding potentially buying a new mod, and he was so patient with me as I went through all the pros and cons of ones Id used in the past. He didnt rush me, and wasnt pushing any promotional kits or anything (this can happen in other vape stores). I am one of those pain in the butt customers that asks 100 questions twice over, and then ask for demonstrations and reassurance. Josh applied his professionalism completely to my needs, and thanks to his help and advice, I got a great new mod which is easy to use, tastes great, and ticks all the boxes that my previous one didnt. Would highly recommend to all. The shop is always clean / immaculate too.
