Would give zero stars if possible however not an option, ordered 3 kitchen worktops from here cut to size by onestop, all seemed fine until the day of collection. My partner and grandad turned up and every piece was damaged, to be told a plethora of excuses the most worrying one being they cant check every worktop as they have around 500-600 arrive everydaythe fact they had been cut by them also and not realised there was a mound in one of them equivalent to snowdon Id assume the warehouse is pitch black now I understand the cost of electricity has gone up but if someone would have held a mere flame to these they would have noticed the damage. No offer of a new worktop or a like for like, no sincere apologies just no customer service at all. We were told it would be 5 weeks for a new worktop, and that they suggest not to rip out your old kitchen before getting a new one however as we are completely renovating a house from Jesuss era we had no choice. I would not recommend at all, unless of course your child is looking for a new bike ramp then these are the people for you!

I cannot recommend this company at all and ended up cancelling the order. When ordering a worktop with them they require two people to be at home to help with the delivery (fair enough). My partner (self-employed) hence had to take a day off and of course the worktop wasn't delivered on the agreed date which meant my partner lost the money of a full day's work. Initially it looked like One Stop Worktops tried to find a solution but it then became apparent that they actually didn't care and kept on blaming their supplier. After several emails and calls I had enough and cancelled the order. Found a different supplier which delivered the next day without any faff and no requirement of two people having to be at home. What a waste of time. Don't order with them. *** addition to review after response from One Stop Worktop Thank you very much for your response but personally I don't think it matters as to when I leave a review. As explained back then the new delivery date you offered didn't work as the delivery time was at midday and my partner couldn't risk taking another day off and losing out on income if the worktop doesn't arrive again. I was then asked for a delivery window which could work for us. I stated this to be between 4pm-6pm and was told they will check with their supplier. On Wednesday late afternoon I was then told the worktop gets delivered on Thursday again at midday... No other solution or compensation was offered to me at that time, so the only consequence was to cancel the order. Offering a compensation after me writing a public review is a bit late as well.
