I waited in all day for them not to deliver and they weren't even going to tell me because I had to phone up to find out. I was promised by Gavin an appointment to deliver to avoid waiting in all day again only for them not to follow through with it and I waited a week and phoned up four times to only be spoken to very nochalantly by Josh. I had to get a support worker to collect everything on my behalf. I was told by Gavin that the area manager would contact me to take a complaint from me, which I am still waiting for, because they don't give out her details, so you actually can't complain either which I am sure is by design. Very poor customer service.
