Just want to share our experience today. My fiance and I had a productive day today as we needed bits and pieces to paint our bedroom, along with paint needed and I knew as a team you could mix the paint, so on our way back from IKEA we decided to enquire on mixing a particular paint at Paintmaster Reddish, and we went to the shop but it was clearly marked and explained we would have to go across to the warehouse, to ask the shop to be opened, and I was greeted by Khan who couldnt do enough to help and support, I explained what colour we needed mixing but informed he couldnt mix the paint and we need Steven to do this and he would be in tomorrow at the Reddish site, but he didnt stop there he phoned on his personal phone to Steven and again he could mix it once we arrived at the Hazel Grove, which were more than happy to do. However I looked at my fiance and said to her I cant leave here without buying something from Khan as he was so so helpful, he made it so personal to my Fiance and I, he explained that he will just go to the big warehouse and get the colour we need as he felt he could save us money also, which it worked out a lot cheaper than mixing! Id like to add my fiance and I were so impressed with the level of service received from Khan and we will definitely be back when we need anymore decorating materials. The shop is well laid out and the assistant is very helpful if you're asking for advice. Found out today the reddish shop is not open at weekend or bank holidays so if you want paint for a weekend project, you need to buy it midweek. Paint is lovely quality and covers well in one coat and doesn't cost anywhere near as much as b&q or other diy outlets. I didnt realise that the shop that was formerly at bredbury had moved before the covid pandemic, so pleasant to find its now up near Broadstone Mill in reddish down Hurst Street 6 minutes from home. Great shop.
