Carphone Warehouse within Currys PC World

Served by very rude unhelpful staff at the new PC world branch Maggie who was standing in from the Altrincham branch along side a PC world employee were incredibly obstructive A faulty phone only purchased a few days prior at the Blackpool branch. Took Connel at the Blackpool branch few minutes to sort the problem out, explained the procedure so nicely and exchanged the phone immediately Maggie did suggest we go back to Blackpoolt branch they drink a lot she said so would be easy to sort there Thank you for the advice Maggie, the staff were extremely professional, polite and courteous , perhaps you should visit them too, perhaps they'll teach you customer services ! Dread to think how many customers get fobbed off by incompetent staff
