One star is too much. Upon visiting YS Dress the store owner greeted us and told us to look around. She had just mopped the floor and it was filthy. There was a dog running around, all the dresses were filthy. she was extremely rude. She made my 15 year old cry by being pushy. We then asked if we could place an order Monday to which she said i'm not measuring her if your not buying today. She then said hmmmm we will see if you order. Absolute shambles. Very very rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. DO NOT VISIT

Do not buy from this shop.. currently sat outside waiting for over an hour to collect some bridesmaid dresses. Agreed with the lady to collect 1pm.. 2:15pm now and she still isnt here. If we hadn't already paid a deposit we would of left by now.. Buy your dressed from somewhere else!!

1 star is too many!! Terrible customer service for dress thats are very badly made!! I think majority of the bridesmaids have had issues with the dresses, works out around 80% rate of needing to get the dresses altered to actually fit properly. One dress the boning was too long for the dress so was digging into the bridesmaid, another was so badly shaped that it gapes at the sides. And my dress, well I paid 20 extra more to get it made to measure... where she clearly wasnt that interested in taking my measurements but she did it anyway, the owner is rude and has no enthusiasm or care for what she does. My dress came and it was huge, at least 6inches too long and far too wide that it would just slide down me. When I told the owner, as it had past the 14 day returns deadline (as my friend collected it for me whilst she was there and it took me a few weeks to pick up from her), she wasnt interested and just said there was nothing she could do then ignored me. It was only because I raised the complaint with paypal did she refund me the 20 for the dress. It cost me more than this to get the dress altered to fit, and now that it fits me, I could tell something still wasnt right, then I realised the centre of the front halter neck part is not central to the centre sweetheart neckline of the dress, making the halter neck part fall differently and look wrong. More money to get something fixed that you just wouldnt expect to be wrong. Absolute disgrace of a business and have no idea how shes still running. Dont waste your time or money with this place.

Extremely disappointed in the service I have just recieved. I recieved a email to say the dresses I had ordered arrived yesterday, arranged a time via email to collect them today at 1pm. Turned up with my young child at 1.10 (as when we went to choose them she was a hour and half late! ) she has now just turned up at 2.25! 1 hour and 25 mins late. She muttered sorry and that was that. Pulled out my dresses and literally threw them at me to look at, whilst snatching each one back off me, not saying a word. She then handed me a book and told me to sign for collection, I hadn't even finished my signature when she snatched the book out of my hand. The dresses are different sizing to the original ones that was tried on and quite brutally they smell like fish!!! With 23 days till my wedding this is stress that isnt needed and I would advise everyone to stay away and buy elsewhere.. or cut out the middle man and go direct to ebay as I suspect this is where they are sourced!!! Very very upset with the customer service and the difference in the dresses.
