Posting this on behalf of my wife, who has had a hell of a time recently with these jokers. She ordered me a Fred Bennett triple cross pendant for Christmas. It was originally sent to the wrong place (they claim it was the Royal Mail, but I can't see how they'd get it so wrong), but they sent a replacement no problem. Fast forward to Christmas day and the pendant had a fault (the kind that causes injury). We contact the Watch Superstore expecting more of the same good customer services we received before, but no. They just pass the buck to their suppliers, giving us a phone number no one answers and an e-mail address no one replies to. I've replied to their e-mail and sent a new one through their website, but they've gone unresponsive. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for your purchases, because you'll be out of pocket if there's anything wrong with what you buy from the Watch Superstore...
