Placed an order via just eat based on a recommendation. No update after 90 mins. When I called they said they had no drivers, and they did not have any idea when the food would be delivered. Worst of all was the attitude, just said you might get it this year, just put a claim for refund to just eat. Just save yourself any hassle and go elsewhere.

Ordered a meal online for delivery and had also left a 10% tip - paid by card. I noted that I would like a madras sauce with my mixed grill in the notes. I received a call from the takeaway advising that this should have been added on separately at 3.50 charge. I said this was fine but did not have any cash in the house and asked to pay the 3.50 on card. I was told that I could not and the attitude of the member of staff I spoke to was rude and unaccommodating - Im not near a cash machine and the whole point in ordering a delivery was to not go out. Ended up cancelling the whole order. It wouldnt have been difficult to be a bit more generous given Id paid the majority of the cost for the sauce as a tip up front anyway! Avoid
