Went in to see about broadband with either EE or BT as they are part of the same group, I chose BT and because I'm on disability I qualify for the minimum 15 monthly fee by direct debit, it also applies for SKY and VIRGIN i think, it didn't take long to go through everything and I was accepted , I paid a 9,99 one off fitting fee with a BT engineer ,it was all booked in and I received all notifications by email when I got home, the young girl who helped was very friendly and informative, so she made the whole process simple and easy, from completing to taking delivery will be roughly 10 days, it's also peace of mind knowing the set up will be done for me ,so stress free, I would recommend to any interested in discounted Internet,
