        Made an appointment as my husband needed his nails cutting and some hard skin on his feet . Staff shouted at him as he walked up the stairs in error. He had his nails cut and a small bit of skin taken off and it cost 40 for 17 minutes ! Rude staff and complete rip off !!!

        Sadly, you can see why high street shops are struggling so much when you try to get help in shops like this. I went in and tried to make eye contact with the couple of shop staff, eventually one came over but they couldn't have made it more obvious that they didn't want to. I asked a few questions and the shop assistant couldn't have been less interested/ in a rush to get rid of me. Where is the salesmanship and service? Why work in retail if you have zero interpersonal or customer service skills?

        Absolutely lovely staff who were incredibly helpful. Went in with concerns regarding Plantar Fasciitis in my right heel, the person who helped me was very helpful. I left with custom insoles for my shoes which seem to have helped a lot. Would definitely return if I had any other issues.
