When I finally got hold of the owner I arranged to bring my car in last Thursday afternoon to collect it on Friday once the work was done. On the Friday I phoned the garage 10 times with no answer and messaged on Facebook with no response! I arrived at the garage before closing time to find the garage closed! How long the owner of this business expects his customers to be without a car I also don't know!! It's a good job I had a spare key otherwise I would've been without my car for 4 days!! NO attempt was made to contact me and NO work has been carried out on my car! I am more than disappointed!!
