        This is not immediate rental. You have to upload your ID 3 days ahead and cannot cancel later than 6 hours ahead, even when you've just booked for 30min from now. No one at B&q helps, and Hertz doesn't answer their phone. Total waste of time and money.

        Would give 0 stars if possible. Booked a van, got email and text confirmation, so far so good. Turned up, completed shopping at B&Q then got a text after paying for everything to say the van wasnt available. Called up to ask for a replacement and was told there was no van and nothing they could do. Total sh*t show. Use a more reliable competitor
