Nexgen Carpet and Flooring

Avoid if you can. You will be astonished by their lies and will only realise when had to pay again for same service somewhere else.

Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!! Before I placed my order, Peter and Yasser in the shop were so helpful. The installation has been horrible. They first turned up to install on Feb 22 2022 and today is April 20 2022 and these is what I am left with: - No trim on carpet and tile (dangerous!!!) - Badly installed carpet which has not been tucked in For something so simple as carpet install, I cannot believe Next Gen can get this so wrong. I truly regret every going into this shop. I have called several times with no resolution. The lack of trim on the carpet meeting the tiles is so dangerous and I have highlighted this but they do not care if we injure ourselves! I do not recommend, take your business elsewhere.

Highly recommend this flooring shop. Cheaper then major high street shops and have a very skilled professional fitter who made every effort to see the through to a very high standard

We have used Nexgen Carpets many times Top service from.the boys excellent customer service I would highly recommend them .
