No refund, no customer service - phone just cuts off and no response to email - having to do a fraud report through my bank.

Purchased bedding but inadvertently ordered 2 duvet covers and 2 sets pillow cases by mistake. Returned the items as per instructions which were received by them on Friday 14th October at 2.45. In spite of emails to which there has been no response I have still not received a refund. What a shame that a company who sell such good products canot treat their customers with respect. I will not be buying from them again.

I haven't received my order yet but the treatment I have received from customer service has been appalling. They cancelled my first order and said bank declined (they didn't) then they added over 30 to my order without my authorisation.

I am so glad I didn't let all these negative reviews put me off from ordering. I am a big fan of Christy towels & won't buy any other brand & because of the reviews it took me days to decide whether to take the gamble or not! Well I did & to be honest I am so glad I did. The towels are gorgeous, the delivery was perfect & they arrived on time & I even got a free robe. Thank you Christy, I do hope that others will see my review & order from you. Everything was perfect.

Customer service run you around, purchased bath rugs in White, the pedestal rug is Cream, emailed with pictures, phoned, and live chatted, now they ask for more pictures but of the tags, you can clearly see from a picture of both rugs laid down next to each other that the colour is not white, I have had to open a case via paypal to try and sort the issue, all I wanted was a replacement rug. They do not even let you return an item until they authorise it, so breaching your rights. One very strange thing about this English based company they email you at 4am and live chat is live at midnight, the phone lines are answered by people with none British accents, some thing tells me they are no longer based in the UK. Customer service are like robots reading from a script when you speak to them. The warning here is if things goes wrong you are going to be very sorry you clicked on that buy button.
