Appalling service, paid delivery and the drivers were rude and left the item outside the house. They were meant to be picking up a couch but didnt (understandably because of health and safety with a rip) but then left me with a couch in the kitchen, my item in the garden (that I couldnt move) and my 1 year old upset. They walked away instead of offering to bring the item through the front then when I went to ask them to bring it in they drove away as I ran to catch them in the van. Disgusting considering I am on my own with my baby! Spoke to the shop and they were incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic. Wont ever have our business again!

My Dad unfortunately passed away just before Christmas so Ive had to go through all his things. He had a mobility scooter which British Heart Foundation picked up this morning. Just wanted to say the guys were so lovely and polite, as was the lady I had spoken to on the phone to arrange collection. They made a horrible situation a little easier. Thank you.
