I have had counselling sessions for the sudden death of my twin brother. Belinda the counsellor was amazing, professional and has helped me so much through this difficult time. I was sceptical about counselling but would highly recommend to anyone and have thanked my manager for referring me. After admitting to myself that I was suffering from depression, and seeking help from my GP, my employer referred me to an in-house agency who then put me in touch with Belinda, or vice versa. I found Belinda very easy to talk to, and strongly believe that having her listen really helped me move forward, especially as I had no real support network of my own. Just having a listening ear made all the difference, and allowed me to explore the possible reasons for my depression, and to get to a much more positive point in my life. I got in touch (or rather tried to) based on the great reviews on here, but after 2 messages through the website and waiting ~4 weeks for a response I've been forced to look elsewhere.
