These very helpful people printed my company logos on to an existing cycling jersey at short notice for an event I was entering the next day. Customer service was great, quality was great and they stayed beyond their normal closing hours to ensure I could pick up the jersey. Will use them again for our company PPE printing. Many thanks!

I experienced some truly poor customer service at the hands of Totally T-Shirts. I enquired about having 30 tea towels made for an event and spoke with Jeff over email. I presented him with my designs and asked for artwork proofing. None was supplied. He was happy to collect full payment from me, despite the person in charge of the artwork being away on holiday. When Anthony came back he asked me to call into the shop. I drove 20 minutes to Stockport where I was told by Anthony that they couldn't fulfil my order as the design was too complex for the vinyl printing that they offered. However, by this time, they already had the tea towels in the shop and advised me to take them to another local supplier. A bit disgruntled I did this, only to find this second supplier also couldn't do the job. This rigmarole meant that the event passed by and I needed a refund for having got nothing out of this debacle. I again had to drive round to Stockport with the tea towels and Jeff was very rude in the shop. Anthony, however, agreed to process a refund. 11 WEEKS after my payment, I received a partial refund. I was perhaps willing to excuse all of the inconvenience experienced but Anthony decided to keep 30 for "setting up the job" (for which they were never going to be able to fulfil). I would absolutely not recommend Totally T-Shirts to anyone and will be advising my musician friends to avoid using them for merchandise.
