        If I could leave 0 stars I would. Too many issues to put into 1 review, but main dispute was around return of deposit following a move out. Staff at HS completely unaware of the rules in place to protect tenants, made incorrect assessments and I had to goto the deposit protection scheme to return the deposit that was rightfully mine. While we lived there complete lack of resolving issues and one time they did their handyman is nothing more than a guy in a car who turns up unannounced after he finished his day job. Not exactly professional repairs. Absolute rip off merchants who literally do nothing for their monthly fee from the rent. If they try to take deposit off you it is probably not lawful as they do not know the rules at all. Avoid at all costs.
