Is there a email I can get please I come in for a appointment on the 28th of October to have my inplant removed when they checked it I was told it was broken and they couldn't take it out so they need to send me somewhere else and to wait for a phone call were now in November no phone call my inplant had ran out its broken and also wasn't given the pill or anything just condom not to happy tbh

I was really scared to come in after reading all the negative reviews but my experience was really good. I called at 8:30am, my call got answered immediately and I got a face to face appointment on the same day. The nurse and the doctor were so hopeful and blew my worries away. I understand that this is not the case for everyone and that some people have to wait ages to get their call answered or have a terrible receptionist talking to them on the phone but please don't let that discourage you from getting the help you need because eventually you will get lucky and get someone helpful answering your phone.

Waiting on the phone for half an hour per call for someone to pick up the phone just to be told you need to ring tomorrow. Tried ringing for 2 weeks so far shall I give up ringing or shall I carry on I m not too sure
