Brilliant Local Butchers.... the black pepper sausages are the best you will ever taste and do not ooze lots of fat out when cooking. I regally purchase Pork fillet, chicken burgers, steaks, chicken sausages, eggs and lots more My dog also gets a tasty meat treat from the owners and will not walk past the shop without stopping. Have been shopping at this butchers some 30 years now since was on Shaw Road, excellent service, staff friendly,helpful &efficient at all times,excellent choice of meat, keep up with all you both do Alyson & Neil , Janice & Cilla x

I wouldn't even give it a star for how rude the man who served me and who happens to be the owner is. Will never set a foot in there ever again. There are ways to talk to people and this man has got a long way to go yet. So rude and not a professional and acceptable way to converse with customers. Thank God there is Littlewoods not too far away for lovely customer service and great products.

I have been shopping at La charcuterie for about 6 months now. This was my first Christmas buying from them and I wasnt disappointed. Everyone said now nice the turkey tasted and we also have plenty left for afters over the next few days. Have a nice break and I will see you all in the new year.
