Booked my bike in for a remap, turned up but the owner was no where in sight. His dad was struggling to make sense of the booking as it wasn't booked in properly. I ended up wasting the day and my time. Had to go elsewhere to get the bike mapped. Shame as I read the reviews and the garage looked like it was a good place. Lacks the customer service and professionalism.

Sent in non starter bike (usually fix things myself) but needed the bike back fast and working. Was in just over week with me forever chasing them up never got called back on updates just fobbed off with excuses. In the end i called for it back and paid 1 hour la out for the diagnosis which i already knew kinda what it was. Got over charged as payed over phone. Received the bike back. The next day went out to look and found the problem to be a corroded wire that was it i was at the bike 5 mins and found that. Clearly no time spent on the bike as that would have been spotted so all these parts that were ordered were not needed. Yes i got money back in the end but not the point. Terrible service terrible customer service. Waste of space garage. Side note the main employee older gent is ace he spoke to me 1 day when i went in and did what he said and then phoned me back to tell me other than that the owner didn't bother.

Not happy had to get my carbs rejetted and balanced as there was a mixed set of copied keihin jets. I originally had the bike booked in to have a dyno jet kit fitted which I supplied only to find this wasn't the case. Physco carbs arrived with the correct genuine dyno jets in stock also replaced size 42 pilots LOL. Physco said we are not running a bus so we will put smaller in bike runs spot on. 3 turns on mixture screw they were set at 1 being 1 turn and the other 3 3/4 of a turn. Now I wonder why I needed 42 pilots enough said. Carbs were not seated properly causing a massive fuel smell which stunk out the whole of my house when the bike was parked up. Enough said. Take a gamble.
