      • Eyes wide shut ORB

        Got covid19 and they were absolutely incompetent on what to do with me yet i needed the hospital. Stay well away from this shambles. Update ordering a prescription can take days upon days so definitely order 8 or 9 days before you run out because takes ages to aprove

        This doctors is a waste of time never can get in to see my doctors and tell you to click on a link and never works ive had a cough over 2 weeks its a joke

        Impossible to get an appointment. All appointments for the day are gone by 08:15 when the online portal opens at 08:00? absolute joke

        Used to be satisfied with this surgery. But now disappointed. Trying to get an appointment nowadays is like trying g to win the jackpot on some dodgy slotmachine. When you do eventually manage to go on the computerised appointment request, I either fail to get a reply or asked to attend one of the other two surgeries. I joined Delamere, not Edgeley. If I wanted to go to Edgeley I would have signed up with that surgery. The NHS is in decline and sadly so is this.

        Been with them for last 4 years. They have always listened to my concerns, addressed them. Even during covid, they were really helpful when everyone was egging primary care. Dr V Platt and all other GPs are exceptional. Nursing staff is excellent. Not even once I was told that I have to wait if I needed to be sorted on same day. Please keep up the good work.
