    Nightmare experience, ordered 5 blinds in August, delivered and fitted Sept, then 3 weeks later the largest one fell apart, sent photo, was reordered, delivered 7 Nov but the wrong blind, not our fault. Now nearly 4 months later still no replacement, there are no words to describe this customer satisfaction, would never choose Luxaflex ever again.

    Stay away from Luxaflex if you want to avoid terrible headaches and very poor customer service!! We ordered blinds from them and one of them had a very ugly looking join. Not like the subtle ones you will see in most blinds, but something you can immediately notice. They never warned us or told us of such a visible join. When we brought this to their attention to their attention their response was that basically we shouldve read the small print and product specifications. Seriously??? Perfect example of a company that simply couldnt care less about their customers. But there is more: One of the blinds had the pull installed on the incorrect side. We have been trying to schedule another appointment for them to come and fix it for months now and we are not even getting any responses..!! Again, they just dont care!!! I dont normally do any sort of product or service reviews, but I just want to try to help other people here... stay away from Luxaflex!!!
