Having ordered a multi-fuel burner and associated flue parts from this company last year, I contacted them a few days ago. I had encountered a small issue with the ash grate mechanism and required some spare parts. I spoke with Nick MAXWELL who patiently listened to my dilemma. I was then assured that the spare parts would be located and sent via DPD that day. True to his word, the DPD package arrived the following day. A first class company with employees that genuinely care about customers and their requirements, including post purchase. I wouldn't use any other company.
