Cheadle Glass Systems Ltd

Cheadle Glass fitted our windows and doors just over 7 years ago. The bays are now failing and 'dropping' (nothing to do with the foundations or the brickwork below), according to a surveyor they've either been fitted incorrectly or are poor quality. We went in to the showroom, past all the signs outside which say 'Over 50 years experience', yet Cheadle Glass actually ceased trading in 2020, and this 'Cheadle Glass' don't take responsibility for it. Cheadle Glass Systems installed a double set of Crittall style glass doors and a full glazed panel on our landing overlooking our living room. They look fantastic and everyone is impressed by them,

Poor, poor service. Issue with handles/door fitted. Team not joined up. Poor customer care. Expensive. Spent 3,000+ on 2 x shower doors and one door not happy with. Poor solution from company put forward unless I paid another few hundred to change door. Poor response. Took 6 months to come back, ignored my email, and then chase for final small payment, followed by threatened with lawyers. Paid now. But poor taste left in mouth.

I recently had a bespoke mirror supplied and installed from Cheadle glass. The mirror is beautiful and very well installed and was quickly done. The reason for only 2 stars is because they were not only an hour and half late for the appointed time but when contacting Cheadle glass office when 30 minutes late, I was lied too 'they should be there in 20 minutes' I was told like they could not understand why they werent thereThey were late because they were sent to another job, instead of relaying this message, apologising and giving me a real time frame or option to reschudule they choose to lie. When contacted for the second time I was told the workers just went to another job first. The office blamed the workers for doing this and the workers blamed the office...pathetic! I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN.
